I’d give Front Line Assembly, :Wumpscut:, Brain Leisure, God Module, Leaether Strip, Mentallo & the Fixer, Painbastard, Unter Null, Seraphim Shock, Funker Vogt, and Velvet Acid Christ, etc. all a shot. Some various songs have strong language but there are plenty without any at all.
Then there are other great industrial EBM acts without harsh vocals (like Covenant, Lost Signal, VNV Nation, Wolfsheim, Clan of Xymox, Razed in Black, OhGr, Neuroticfish, KMFDM, Front 242, and Assemblage 23, etc)
a couple bands come to mind on your question, but, they have some songs that have foul language…
first band to come to mind is Rammstein, they are german dance metal/industrial metal, but most of their songs are in german
the second band that comes to mind is Dope. They aren’t like any other band, they express their hate for everyone and everything in their music… but, those are the only 2 i know, i usually listen to black metal and extreme metal. ♥
