HOW DO I TAKE OUT MY INDUSTRIAL BARBELL?

It’s been 7 months as well as my industrial trenchant feels entirely healed as well as my scarring has been left for a couple of months now. I’m removing brand new barbells soon, though we was perplexing to unscrew a balls upon my stream one, as well as they only won’t budge.
Do we spin them clockwise or counterclockwise? Maybe I’m only creation them tighter by branch them a wrong way. Thanks!

If that doesn’t work use a pliers.

on all my piercings, if you turn the ball to the right, it gets tighter. so turn it to the left. if it still wont budge, ask someone to do it for you. i always have a hard time undoing mine.

Just try as hard as you can both left and right on both end-balls. One of them should come loose. It’s hard to say clockwise or counter-clockwise becasue you probably didn’t see which way the piercer put it on. Don’t over-kill on yourself though, if you really can’t get it, go back to your piercer and have them do it (might cost like $5 or something).

I hold both balls at the same time and twist one way then the other until one comes loose… If that doesn’t work, use one pair of hemostats (or pliers) to hold the bar and another pair on one of the balls… Note that this can scratch the metal however… If you can visualize looking down on the ball like a screw, try aiming for counter clockwise.

    Good luck!
