If you want to go way back check out some Front 242. “Front by Front” grinds out some great industrial dance beats.

Check out Front 242, Front Line Assemlby, KMFDM, Project Pitchfork, In Strict Confidence, Combichrist, or Mind.in.a.Box.
“Industrial” is such a loose term, that covers genres. The main thing they all have in common is they all use synth/electronics, and are all gothic/dark/heavy.
I’d love to chat music sometime if you want some songs to think about.
It depends on what kind of industrial you’re looking for…NIN and the like are more industrial rock, and….given how you’ve phrased the question, I’ll guess that’s what you mean–so I’m going to downsize this answer to guitar driven industrial and not get into Throbbing Gristle/Cabaret Voltaire or the EBM Gothy wumpscut stuff…so here goes:
I…_hope_ you’ve heard Ministry, if not, look them up on youtube and most anything that pops up will get you a good feel for it, Though I personally prefer Land of Rape and Honey to anything else.
Likewise if you’ve not heard KMFDM….I’d hit the books. BUT….going under the assumption that you’ve heard those guys already, here are your roots:
Cubante - Hate Song

Chemlab - Exile on Mainline (takes a sec to get going)

This is your coldwave/proto industrial rock stuff…there are bands that preceded them, but I don’t think is the time or place to get into Foetus or Chrome, so…moving on:
As far as mid 90s and onward, stuff you should probably check out would be Pig and Skinny Puppy(Skinny Puppy’s more “rocky” albums anyway)
Pig- My Sanctuary (Spent Sperm Mix)

Good stuff, a bit harsher than NIN tends to be, but with nice orchestral samples. I provide more links, but he’s for some reason hard to find on youtube.
Skinny Puppy - Tin Omen

May be a bit much to take in all at once if all you’re familiar with is NIN and Manson, but you’ll be a better person for it, I promise. : )
Skinny Puppy - Candle

Lots of folks hate this album for some reason…I blame the rise of untreated earwax buildup in America today. It’s probably the closest to rock that they get…hopefully you’ll like this one, at least. The instrumental part at the end is very good, I think.
Skinny Puppy - Dogsh*t

Kind of tossing this one in as a bonus. The guitar dirge that comes in at 2:45 is ….jaw droppingly awesome.
Hopefully this answers your question…if you really did want a “Complete Industrial Music” breakdown….that could take a while. I’d be happy to do it, but I write enough walls o’ text on yahoo answers as is. : )
