When we contend industrial, we meant in some-more of a commercial operation area since a small machine would be used as well as could be a small upon a shrill side. Hoping to find something around Chicago area. Like a northwest suburbs.

Look mostly into industrial areas, covered with trash, trees…away from residential areas. rent will be cheaper for sure.
