I bought this because an item I have mounted on my dashboard kept “losing the sticky” and falling off. While this lasts longer than that did, I had anticipated a significantly better level of adhesion. In reality, it is only slightly better. While not a total disappointment, it was not as “industrial strength” as I had hoped it would be. On the positive side, you do get a lot of it for the money.

What can I say, it’s Velcro. The stuff sticks very well. We attach things to powder coated steel. Once you put the velcro on the clean metal surface, the adhesive holds so tight that it’s neary impossible to move. The hooks and loops hold very tight as well. Truly is usable in industrial setting.

Using this stuff to secure laptops in service trucks. It holds them so well we’ve had to reduce the amount of velcro we put on them so we can get the laptops off the mount without breaking them. Great product!!
